基于Simulink的混合动力起重机建模与仿真

摘    要:针对复杂的混合动力起重机系统,以额定起重量40.5 t的轨道门式起重机为研究对象,设计完整的仿真系统结构框架,并基于Simulink仿真环境,分别建立了负载功率需求计算、控制策略以及混合动力系统三大仿真模块。并以港口装备节能技术综合实验平台为基础,设计并开展对比试验,分析实验与仿真结果,确认模型误差在4%以内,验证了仿真系统的准确性。

Abstract:As for the complex hybrid crane system, taking the rail gantry crane with a rated lifting weight of 40.5 t as the research subject, in this paper, we designed a complete simulation system structure frame, and established three simulation modules of the load power demand calculation, control strategy and hybrid system respectively based on Simulink simulation environment. On basis of the comprehensive experimental platform of port equipment energy-saving technology, a comparative experiment was designed and carried out. Results of the experiment and simulation were analyzed. The model error was confirmed to be within 4%, and the accuracy of the simulation system was verified.
