摘    要:以AlCl3和NH4HCO3为原料,采用超声沉淀法制备出超细氧化铝前驱物碳酸铝铵(AACH)。研究分散剂种类、用量及加入方式,超声波,反应物浓度及滴加速度等工艺条件对反应产物AACH粒度的影响。结果表明:选用分散剂PEG-2000并控制用量在16%左右,超声功率控制在90 W,温度控制在20~30℃,滴定速度控制在0.87 L/h左右时,可以得到粒度分布更加均匀的AACH。

Abstract:Ultra-fine alumina precursor ammonium aluminum carbonate hydroxide(AACH)was prepared by ultrasonic precipitation using AlCl3 and NH4HCO3 as raw materials.The effects ofthe process conditions,such as the type,dosage and adding method of the dispersant,the ultrasonic,the reactants concentration and the dropping rate,on the particle size of AACH were studied.The results showed that the dispersant PEG-2000 was selected and the dosage was about 16%,the ultrasonic power was controlled at 90 W,the temperature was under 20~30℃,and the titration rate was controlled at about 0.87 L/h,then AACH with more uniform particle size distribution can be obtained.
