摘    要:碱金属和电解质的渗透是导致铝电解槽底部阴极炭块破损的主要原因。目前部分国产氧化铝的长期使用导致铝电解质中氟化锂、氟化钾含量偏高,从而造成电解工艺管理困难。本文研究了氟化钾和氟化锂对碱金属和电解质在工业铝电解所用半石墨化阴极中渗透行为的影响规律。结果表明:氟化钾对碱金属的渗透行为起到促进作用,氟化锂对碱金属的渗透行为起一定抑制作用。

Abstract:Both alkali metal penetration and electrolyte penetration are main reasons for the cathode block damage in aluminum cell.The long-term application of some domestically-produced alumina has led to higher contents of KF and LiF in the electrolyte at present,thus making it difficult to manage the aluminum reduction process.This paper studied effects of KF and LiF on the penetration of akali metal and electrolyte in semi-graphitized cathode for aluminum reduction purpose.The results showed that KF can intensify alkali metal penetration,while LiF can restrain alkali metal penetration to some extent.
