垂直移动式自动化立体车库控制系统设计

摘    要:针对城市停车难问题,利用Profinet以太网总线设计了一种全自动垂直升降式立体停车库控制系统。详细介绍了自动化立体车库的整体结构、工作原理、软硬件设计和上位机系统设计。实现了对整个系统的分散控制和集中管理。实际使用表明,所设计的控制系统安全可靠、存取车效率高、用户体验好、通讯稳定、故障率低、操作管理方便,具有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:Considering the difficulty of parking in cities,a control system of fully automatic vertical lifting stereo parking garage is designed by using Profinet Ethernet bus.This paper introduces in details the overall structure,working principle,designs of software and hardware as well as the upper computer system of the automated stereo garage.The system can deliver the distributed control and centralized management of the whole system.According to actual application,it is proven that the designed control system is safe and reliable,has high vehicle access efficiency,good user experience,stable communication,low failure rate,convenient operation and management,and boast a bright application prospect.
