霜自动分析判识系统的设计与实现

摘    要:文章针对凝结类天气现象,设计了一套基于CIMISS数据环境的霜自动分析判识系统,该系统以CIMISS数据环境为基础,结合数据库技术、数理统计等算法,综合应用地面气象观测资料,对全国的国家级台站中凝结类天气现象(霜)进行自动分析判别,形成霜判别模型以及相关评估等内容。文章详细介绍了系统构成主要模块,选用的数据存储模式,同时介绍了用于实现标准格式发布的地图数据访问的统计分析功能,为霜的自动化观测提供了参考。

Abstract:Aiming at condensation weather phenomenon,this paper designs an automatic frost determining system based on CMISS data environment.The system is based on the CIMISS data environment,combined with database technology,mathematical statistics and other algorithms,integrated applying ground meteorological observation data,the condensation weather phenomenon(frost)in national stations is analyzed and distinguished automatically,which could form the frost discrimination model and the related evaluation etc.This paper introduces the main modules of the system and the selected data storage mode in detail.At the same time,the statistical analysis function of map data access for standard format publishing are also described,which provides a reference for automatic observation of the frost.
