摘    要:针对某厂200MW汽轮机在通流改造后190MW负荷时振动突然增大导致异常跳机的原因进行了分析。通过相关振动数据的分析,确认振动异常变化的原因主要是动静部分发生碰摩,在碰摩的同时发生汽流激振现象,即振动突变时的半频振动幅值远大于工频振动幅值,导致2瓦振动通频值瞬间超过254μm,触发跳机动作。

Abstract:This paper analyses the cause of tabnormal shutdown after the flow path retrofit,it is the rubbing between the rotor and the casing,and it's accompanied by the fluid excited,the half-frequency vibration amplitude is much higher than the working frequency vibration amplitude,as a result,the vibration of the 2X reaches the shutdown value.
