国有机械制造企业工程项目采购管理研究

在分析目前国有机械制造企业采购管理工作现状问题的基础上,从理论角度探究问题成因,总结归纳工程项目采购管理的基本要求和采购人员的能力要求,再从实践角度对采购管理工作提升策略提出建议,包括工作原则、采购流程、时间管理、风险防范、信息系统等方面,以求帮助国有机械制造企业提高采购效率,加快转型升级,实现跨越发展。

Research on procurement management of engineering projects in state-owned machinery manufacturing enterprises

Based on the analysis of problems in the current procurement management of the state-owned machinery manufacturing enterprises,this paper studies causes of such problems from a theoretical perspective,summarizes the basic requirements of the procurement management in engineering projects and the capability requirements of procurement personnel,and puts forward suggestions on the improvement strategies of the procurement management,including working principles,procurement processes,time management,risk prevention,information systems and others,so as to help the state-owned machinery manufacturing enterprises to improve procurement efficiency,accelerate transformation and upgrading,and achieving leaping development.
