摘    要:30Cr2Ni4MoV钢是一种发电机转子用钢。对含0.22%C、1.49%Cr、3.63%Ni、0.35%Mo和0.09%V(质量分数)的30Cr2Ni4MoV钢进行了860℃油淬随后615~740℃回火,以研究回火温度对其显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:经860℃淬火、不同温度回火的30Cr2Ni4MoV钢的组织均为回火索氏体+残留奥氏体,并且随着回火温度的升高,钢的硬度和强度下降,冲击韧度增加。扫描电镜检验表明:调质处理的30Cr2Ni4MoV钢的冲击断口有大量的韧窝及细小的撕裂棱,具有韧性断裂特征。

Abstract:30Cr2Ni4MoV is a type of steel reserved for generator rotor.The 30Cr2Ni4MoV steel,containing0.22%C,1.49% Cr,3.63% Ni,0.35% Mo and 0.09% V by mass was quenched from 860℃ in oil then tempered at temperatures ranging from 615 to 740℃,to investigated the effect of tempering temperatures on its microstructure and mechanical properties.The results showed that the 30Cr2Ni4MoV steel quenched from 860℃and tempered at different temperatures all exhibited microstructure consisting of tempered sorbite and retained austenite,and as the tempering temperature increased,the hardness and strength decreased,and the impact toughness increased.Moreover,it was proved from scanning electron microscope examination that impact fracture of the quenched-and-tempered 30 Cr2 Ni4 MoV steel had a large number of dimples and tiny tearing edges,being characterized by ductile fractures.
