超临界机组隔膜泵膜片的有限元分析

摘    要:选取隔膜泵膜片作为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件对隔膜片的应力与形变进行仿真,对隔膜泵膜片的破裂原因进行分析,分析结果表明,膜片的固定处内缘和中心区域外缘是隔膜片应力和形变量较大的两处危险部位。计算的结果对改进隔膜泵膜片的结构,设计出具有更高可靠性的新型隔膜片提供了指导方向。

Abstract:The diaphragm pump diaphragm is selected as the research object.The stress and deformation of the diaphragm are simulated and analyzed by ANSYS software.It is shown that the inner edge of the fixed portion of the diaphragm and the outer edge of the central portion are two dangerous parts with large diaphragm stress and deformation.The results of the calculations provide a direction for improving the structure of the diaphragm pump diaphragm and designing a new diaphragm with higher reliability.
