齿轮轮辐开裂原因分析

摘    要:45钢齿轮高频淬火后发现其轮辐开裂。为揭示齿轮开裂的原因,检测了开裂齿轮的化学成分、显微组织及硬度。结果表明:齿轮轮辐的壁厚尺寸有淬火开裂的危险,表面脱碳,且由于回火工艺不当,心部硬度远高于设计要求。齿轮轮辐高频淬火时开裂是由这些因素的综合作用所致。

Abstract:45 steel gear was found cracked in its spoke after high-frequency hardening.The cracked gear was tested for chemical composition,microstructure and hardness to reveal the cause for its cracking.The results show that thickness of the gear spoke is a size in danger of cracking during quenching,the surface is decarburized,and the core hardness is much higher than the desired value due to the fault in tempering practice.The Gear spoke cracking during high-frequency hardening is caused by the combined action of the foregoing factors.
