| 摘 要： | 渤海某海底管道在天然气输送过程中发生顶部腐蚀,导致停产检修。本研究以管道CO2顶部腐蚀发生的过程和机理为基础,建立海底输气管道CO2顶部腐蚀的预测计算模型,并进行实验室挂片CO2顶部腐蚀模拟实验以及现场海底输气管道CO2顶部腐蚀检测数据验证,实现对海底输气管道CO2顶部腐蚀速率的预测。

| Abstract: | A natural gas submarine pipeline occurred the top-of-line CO2 corrosion in wet gas submarine pipelines in Bohai,which led to the platform shutdown.This study established a prediction model of the top-of-line corrosion in wet gas pipelines, which is based on the process and mechanism of CO2 top corrosion in pipelines. This prediction was validated by the laboratory hanging piece simulation experiment results of CO2 top corrosion and the accurate detection data of the top-of-line CO2 corrosion in wet gas submarine pipelines, in order to predict the top-of-line CO2 corrosion in wet gas submarine pipelines. |
