摘    要:火力发电厂机组经过超低排放改建加装WGGH系统后,烟气腐蚀性增强。针对此情况,深入研究一种高性能耐温型腐蚀控制胶泥材料及施工工艺,并结合市面上的多种腐蚀控制材料用于现场实验,分别在电厂运行时间1年、2年后检查材料现状:现有防腐材料腐蚀破坏,而新型防腐材料未见破坏。

Abstract:After the ultra-low emission retrofit of thermal power plant units with wggh system,the corrosion of flue gas is enhanced.In view of this,a high-performance temperature resistant resin mastic anticorrosive material and its construction process were developed.Combined with a variety of corrosion control materials on the market,it was used for field experiments.After 1 and 2 years of operation of the power plant,the current situation of the materials was checked:the existing anticorrosive materials were corroded and damaged,while the new anticorrosive materials were not damaged.
