摘    要:利用某350kA铝企停产的契机,针对350kA铝电解系列的磁流体稳定性弊病问题,通过对母线系统的改造,完成了由350kA槽型至400kA的升级,达到了增强电解槽运行稳定性和系列产能提升的双重目标,为企业创造了直接经济效益。

Abstract:Using the opportunity of one 350 kA aluminum smelters shutdown,aiming at the critical problem of MHD stability in 350 kA potline,the pot upgrading from 350 kA to 400 kA has been completed through the optimization of the busbar system,achieving the double goals of enhancing the operation stability of pot and improving the production capacity of potline,so as to create the direct economic benefits for the company.
