新型脱挂抱索器机构设计与有限元分析

摘    要:脱挂抱索器的结构设计一直是国内循环式客运索道可靠性方面重要的研究方向,但对地下矿用索道乘人装置脱挂抱索器的研究还较为缺乏。可通过分析地下矿用索道的使用环境、运行特点并利用有限元方法开发出一款用于国内地下矿用索道的脱挂式抱索器。通过有限元仿真模拟证实了设计的可行性。分析结果表明:该脱挂抱索器基本符合地下矿用索道工况环境,可为后续国内地下矿用索道脱挂抱索器的开发提供有益的参考。

Abstract:The structural design of detachable grips remains an important research direction in the reliability of domestic circulating passenger ropeways,but at present the research on detachable grips of underground mine ropeways is still relatively few.The detachable grip of domestic underground mine ropeways can be developed by analyzing the environment and operation characteristics of underground mine ropeways and adopting the finite element method.This paper proves the feasibility of the design through finite element simulation.The analysis results show that the detachable grip can meet the working environment of underground mining ropeways basically,and this paper can serve as a useful reference for the subsequent development of detachable grips of underground mining ropeways.
