基于EDEM对带式输送机系统的改造与分析

摘    要:针对某商品混凝土搅拌站骨料带式输送机系统升级改造过程中出现的问题为研究对象,运用离散元EDEM软件仿真模拟了骨料输送过程,通过对仿真结果和现场问题对比,分析了问题产生的原因,提出了相应的解决方案。经过对系统结构的改进和现场调试,解决了带式输送机系统出现的问题,满足了业主的要求。验证了离散元EDEM软件辅助研发设计带式输送机的可行性,为相关设计和建设者提供了一些分析方法和设计思路。

Abstract:Taking the problems occurred in the upgrading and reconstruction of the aggregate belt conveyor system of a commercial concrete mixing station as the research object,this paper simulates the aggregate conveying process by using the discrete element EDEM software,analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward the corresponding solutions by comparing the simulation results with the on-site problems.System problems of the belt conveyor are solved through the improvement of the system structure and on-site debugging,and the requirements of the employer are met.The feasibility of using discrete element EDEM software to assist in the design of belt conveyor is verified,which provides analysis methods and design ideas for relevant designers and builders.
