Summary of aluminum industry in Latin America

Latin America is rich in bauxite resourcs and used to be an important aluminum industry center.In the past decade,the aluminium industry in Latin America has been in a state of reession.The bauxite mines in the region are less aected,the impact on alumina is still continuing,and the electrolytic aluminum has declined to the bottom.There are so many factors that lead to the flling of aluminum industry in Latin America.The economic crisis,the instability of socicty and national policy,the weak infrastructure and high energy costs will impact the aluminum industry in Latin America in a long run.
