摘    要:本文针对热水采暖系统用板式换热器使用数年后发生的密封垫下腐蚀,甚至串液现象,通过对板式换热器内部结构、板片材质成分、外部环境影响因素分析研究,并进行包括板片材质成分分析、腐蚀开裂处微观形貌和组织结构检查、孔蚀及裂纹周边腐蚀性元素成分含量、面分布率测试、夹杂物分布情况测试等试验,同时对换热介质进行化验分析,研究导致板式换热器腐蚀串液的原因,提出防范措施。本文的研究成果有助于减缓板式换热器的腐蚀,延长其使用寿命。

Abstract:In this paper,according to the corrosion under the gasket and even the phenomenon of liquid in the plate heat exchanger used in the hot water heating system after several years of use,through the analysis and research of the internal structure,the material composition of the plate and the external environmental factors of the plate heat exchanger,including the analysis of the material composition of the plate,the inspection of the micro morphology and microstructure of the corrosion cracking place,the pitting corrosion and the corrosive elements around the crack were carried out The results of this paper are helpful to slow down the corrosion of plate heat exchanger and extend its service life.
