超细氢氧化铝晶体生长过程中的影响因素分析

摘    要:重点观察研究了铝酸钠溶液中超细氢氧化铝的晶体生长过程,设计了分解初温、时间、晶种系数和溶液的分子比四因素三水平正交试验,利用X射线衍射仪、沉降粒度仪及火焰光度计、比色仪对从铝酸钠溶液中析出的超细氢氧化铝的结晶度、粒度及杂质氧化钠含量的变化进行检测对比,并结合产品应用重点关注的粒度、氧化钠指标进行单因素宽范围试验研究,总结了铝酸钠溶液种分生产超细氢氧化铝的分解规律。本课题的研究诣在观察探索在超细氢氧化铝种分过程中的变化规律,以期能够指导于生产实际,使超细氢氧化铝生产从原来的经验控制转变为目的明确的精细控制,借此保证产品质量指标,从而保证了其稳定的质量要求,并不断开发出凸显性能特点的产品。

Abstract:The crystal growth process of ultra-fine aluminum hydroxide in sodium aluminate solution was mainly observed and studied.A four-factor three-level orthogonal experiment was designed,namely decomposition temperature,time,seed coefficient,and molecular ratio of solution.The X-my diffraction,sedimentation particle size analyzer,flame photometer,and colorimeter were used to detect and compare the changes in the crystallinity,particle size,and impurity scxlium oxide content of ultra-fine aluminum hydroxide precipitated from sodium aluminate solution.By combining the particle sizeand scxlium oxide index,a single-factor wide-range experimental study was conducted,and the decomposition law of ultraflne aluminum hydrox-ideproduced by seed separation of sodium aluminate solution was summarized.The research purpose of this project is to observe and explore the change law in the seed separation process of ultrafine aluminum hydroxide,in onler to guide the production practice,so that the production of ultraflne aluminum hydroxide can be changed fmm the original experience control to the targeted fine control,so as to ensure the pmduct quality index,thus ensuring its stable quality requirements,and constantly develop products with outstanding performance characteristics.
