Today ,many developed countries are speeding up research and development of new vehicle fuels and vehicle technologies.Some developed countries consider hydrogen energy and fuel cell technologies the ideal solutions to future road transport energy,and make huge amount of investments in their research and development.Now the pattern of multiside joint development and popularization of hydrogen energy and fuel cell vehicle technologies under government support has been established in Europe and America.Cooperative partnership relationship has also been set up among powerful enterprises through the combination of complementary advantages.The article focuses on Germany＇s practice and development which takes the leading position in European hydrogen energy and fuel cell technology field.It has not been long before China started to research and develope,demonstrate and populize hydrogen energy and fuel cell vehicle technologies.The experience of advanced foreign countries should merit China＇s reference.Finally,the paper puts forth suggestions for China to develop hydrogen energy and fuel cell vehicle.
