| 摘 要： | 介绍了助听器上盖的成型工艺及注射模结构的设计,并对滑块的设计做了详细描述,当滑块的抽芯距较短和承受的压力较小时采用斜楔抽芯及锁紧,简化了模具结构。生产实践表明,模具在首次试模时就取得较好效果,各滑块及抽芯运动顺畅,成型的塑件达到使用要求。

| Abstract: | The forming process and structure design of an injection mould for the upper cov？er of a hearing aid were presented; and the design of slider was elaborated. When the core-pulling distance and pressure is small, the application of angle pin in core-pulling and locking can simplify the mould structure. |
