| 摘 要： | 通过对定转子冲压成形工艺难点进行分析,设计了成形零件的排样,并详细阐述了模具结构设计特点,经实际生产应用,模具结构合理、运行平稳可靠,保证了定转子的精度要求,对其他类似零件的模具设计有一定的参考作用。
