硬状态钢铁材料磨削影响层硬化的表征

摘    要:显微硬度和X射线衍射线半高宽常被用来表征强化表面的静强度及其在强化表面层内的分布。然而实验结果表明,对于两种经过磨削加工的硬状态钢铁材料,磨削塑性形变是使其表层的显微硬度明显提高,却使其半高宽值大幅度减小。因此,X射线衍射线的半高宽不能正确的反映硬状态钢铁材料磨削影响层的强化效果。文中利用一个模型和X射线衍射线的线形分析结果来说明磨削塑性形变是通过降低微观应力从而使半高宽减小的。

Abstract:The micro-hardness and hall width values of X ray diffraction profiles are frequently used to characterize the hardening state of the grinding affected layers. However, for the grinding affected layers of two kinds of alloy steel treated in the hard state, the micro hardness results shown in this article indicate that the layers are work hardened by grinding plastic deformation while it greatly decreases the half-width values. Accordingly, the half- width values could not correctly describe the work hardening effect of ground surface layers of steels in the hard state. A model demonstrating that the plastic deformation caused by grinding reduces the half width values by decreasing the micro -stress is presented.
