The Effects of Stable Resistance in Darlinton Transistor on Current Gain and Distribution

In Dartington transistor,the current gain and the distribution of the collectorcurrents of transistors in each stage are changed due to the introduction of stable resist-ance.When the resistance is very small,the current gain will severely decline.This pa-per analyses the effect of the stable resistance in quantity and proposes a group offormulae which satisfies the retations among ratio of stable resistances P,primary valueof stable resistance R,and base current I_B when the current gain and distribution aren'taffected by the stable resistance.The curves presented can offer references in Darlingtontransistor design.
