摘    要:以受试小鼠负重游泳时间为研究对象,通过构建正交多项式回归设计数学模型与遗传算法相结合的研究方法,研究了抗疲劳功效特性的量效关系。研究发现:通过构建数学模型的新方法进行优化或求解,不但可以精确的优化和求解显效的最佳剂量和时间,使研究结果更加精确和可信,评判论据更加充分,而且还能够以最少的受试小鼠数量和实验次数,达到快速和准确地优化和筛选功效显著的最佳剂量和时间,能够避免受试小鼠个体差异和实验技术等误差的产生,是一种切实可行的新方法。

Abstract:Loaded-swimming time of mouse was main experiment objective. The research of optimizing the best dosage and time of anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia showed: Compared with conventional method,according to the combination method of orthogonal polynomial mathematics model and genetic algorithms,the best dosage and time of notable anti-fatigue effect was optimized. It could optimize accurately,get the best dosage and time of notable effect,and make the research results more accurate and credible and the judge argument more ample. It has higher accuracy,which impacted by systematic error caused by individual differences of mouse and experiment technology. It is a new feasible method.
