| 摘 要： | 彩妆品种类繁多,成分复杂,且多功能彩妆品的出现增加了质量控制成本和产品安全风险。论述了彩妆品的安全风险、物质的评估过程以及彩妆品的安全风险控制。指出对彩妆品危害物质的风险评估应建立在科学的评估程序基础之上,只有树立风险意识和质量意识,才能充分保障化妆品的质量和安全。
