基于有限元法的电热水器缓冲衬垫轻量化设计及优化

摘    要:以某品牌电热水器缓冲衬垫为对象,对其进行了裸装水平堆码下的静力分析,结果表明,衬垫结构安全可靠。为了节省材料,对衬垫结构进行了轻量化改进设计,研究发现这种改进措施有效。同时,为了获得这种改进措施下的最佳设计参数,对其进行了多目标优化设计,并得到了一组最优解,使得优化后的衬垫在保证结构安全的情况下,其质量较原始结构下降了1.32%。

Abstract:A certain brand of electric water heater's buffering cushion was taken as the research object. Static analysis was carried out on the buffering cushion under nude packaging horizontal stacking storage conditions. The analysis result indicated that the buffering cushion's structure is safe and reliable. In order to save materials, lightweight design was carried out on buffering cushion and it was found that the improvement measure is effective. Meanwhile, in order to get the best design parameter of the improvement measure, multi-objective optimization design was carried out. A group of optimal solution was obtained. Under the safe condition, the optimized cushion's quality was down 1. 32% compared with original structure.
