含硫污水汽提塔的模拟与优化

摘    要:利用流程模拟计算软件 PROII 对含硫污水汽提塔进行模拟计算,得出汽提塔温度分布,获得了适宜的热冷进料配比、侧线采出位置及热进料温度,确定和优化了该塔的最佳操作条件.

Abstract:The Flowsheeting Computer Software PROII was used to conduct analog calculation on the Sulfur-bearing Sewage Stripping Tower to get its temperature distribution,a proper ratio of cold feed to warm feed,the side draw position and the warm feed temperature.the best operating conditions for the tower was set up and optimized.
