介绍了洛阳石化总厂瓦斯及凝缩油回收设施的概况,回顾了近几年运行中出现的问题和整改过程,从能源的回收、安全生产和环保治污三方面入手,对瓦斯储存设备、瓦斯输送设备、火炬点火设施、凝缩油回收系统和高低压瓦斯管网工艺流程等几方面进行了问题分析和效果对比,提出了利用卷帘式干式气柜和喷水式螺杆压缩机回收压送瓦斯实现节能。
