精对苯二甲酸装置的事故树分析

摘    要:运用事故树分析(FTA)方法,分析精对苯二甲酸(PTA)装置生产中的主要危险,氧化反应器的火灾爆炸、加氢反应器的爆炸、机泵醋酸泄漏火灾、高温高压液态介质泄漏喷射伤人等事故基本模式及形成事故的各基本事件之间的逻辑关系,从而找出避免事故发生的途径和出发点。

Abstract:By applying the Fault Tree Analysis method, the main risk of producing the refined para-phthalic acid was studied, including the explosion of oxidation reactor, the explosion of hydrogenation reactor,the fire of acetic acid release from machine and pump, the human injury for high temperature and high pressure liquid media release. Then the basic mode of these fault and logical relationship between each basic event forming fault were made clear. Furthermore, the apporach and the start of avoiding fault occurrence were found out.
