摘    要:采用Fe0-H2O2法对制浆造纸中段废水二级处理后的出水进行了深度处理,考察了pH值、Fe/C比、H2O2投加量和载气等不同的操作条件,结果表明:在pH值为3.0、Fe/C(体积比)为2、H2O2投加量为50 mg/L的条件下对污染物去除有利,温度能够加快反应速度;载气不仅能够提高反应效率,且节省H2O2用量。Fe0-H2O2工艺对中段废水的色度去除率超过98%、对CODCr的去除率在77%以上,紫外吸收光谱表明该工艺可有效去除或降解氯化木素。

Abstract:COD_(Cr) and color in the effluent from washing/bleaching plants of straw pulp mill cannot meet the requirement of discharge standard after treatment by biochemical process,in this study,advanced treatment by Fe~0-H_2O_2 process was investigated under various conditions of pH,Fe/C ratios,initial H_2O_2 concentrations and carrier gas.Results showed that Fe/C ratio(V/V=2),H_2O_2 dosage around 50mg/L,pH=3 turned out to be particularly efficient.Temperature was a key parameter and higher temperature could markedly increase reaction rates.Carrier air not only improved reaction efficiency,but also saved H_2O_2 dosage.The Fe~0H_2O_2 process,being a highly effective process for the advanced treatment of the effluent from washing/bleaching plants,could remove more than 98% of color and more than 77% of COD_(Cr).The ultraviolet absorption spectrum also demonstrated the mechanism of chlorolignin removal in the wastewater treatment.
