错齿技术在减速器设计中的应用

摘    要:根据双圆弧齿轮错齿的固有特性,分析了错齿对双圆弧人字齿轮承载能力的影响,推导出了错齿双圆弧人字齿轮的最佳齿宽及在不同条件下的最大承载能力。通过实例阐明:在减速器的设计中采用错齿双圆弧人字齿轮不仅能提高其承载能力,而且可使其体积小,重量轻,成本低。

Abstract:According to the essential characteristic of teeth dislocation of double-circular-arc gears,the author analyzes the effect of teeth dislocation on the loading capacity of the gear, works out the optimum tooth width of a double-circular-arc herringbone gear with dislocated teeth and its maximum loading capacity under different conditions, and expounds through an example that, while applying the double-circular-arc herringbone gear with dislocated teeth.the gear reducer can be designed and manufactured based on the criteria of higher loading capacity, smaller size, lighter weight and lower cost.
