摘    要:采用直流磁控溅射的方法制备了CoFe/Pt-CrMn交换偏置体系,反铁磁的Pt-CrMn是利用[Pt/CrMn]n多层膜并经过300℃、2h的退火获得。通过调整Mn的成分,系统地研究了体系交换偏置场的变化。获得了钉扎性能良好的L10相反铁磁钉扎材料Pt-CrMn,即CoFe/Pt50(Cr88Mn12)50钉扎体系,其界面交换耦合能为0.22×10-7J/cm2,截止温度(blocking temperature)为480℃。

Abstract:CoFe/Pt-CrMn exchange biased system was prepared by magnetron sputtering.The Mn content dependence of the pinning field was systematically studied.Have got the good performance of L10 phase Pt-CrMn,that is the CoFe/Pt_(50)(Cr_(88)Mn_(12))_(50),in which the interfacial exchange energy is 0.22×10~(-7)J/cm~2 and the Blocking temperature is 480℃.
