聚丙烯增刚改性的研究

摘    要:研究加入成核剂,对聚丙烯均聚物V30G的力学性能及耐热性能的影响.结果表明,当成核剂A用量在0.2%时,拉伸屈服强度提高了32%,弯曲强度及弯曲模量分别提高了70%和74%,热变形温度提高了62%,很大程度地提高了材料的刚性和热力学性能.

Abstract:This paper studied on the effectiveness of nucleating agent to the mechanical properties and thermodynamic properties of the polypropylene monopolymer, V30G. The results indicated that when the 0.2% nucleating agent A was put into use, the tensile strength of the plastic samples was increased by 32%, the flexural strength and the flexural modulus of the plastic samples increased separately by 70% and 74%, as well as thermal deformation temperature increased by 62%. Therefore, the rigidity and thermodynamic properties of materials increased greatly.
