| 摘 要： | 在分析目前城市轨道交通规划中存在的一些问题的基础上,提出了联合开发规划的含义.论述了联合开发规划的意义,探讨了联合开发规划的形成机制、工作流程和主体内容,给出了用模糊评价法对联合开发规划实施效益评价的基本思路和评价过程.

| Abstract: | The meaning of joint development planning is put forward on the basis of analyzing some problems existing in the rail transit planning at present.The significance of joint development planning is described. The forming mechanism, working procedure and the main content of joint development planning are discussed. The basic thread and the assessment course are provided, which evaluates the benefits of the implementation of joint development planning by using the fuzzy assessment approach. |
