钢渣基矿物掺合料混凝土长期耐久性能研究

摘    要:针对钢渣应用于混凝土中,特别是和其他掺合料复合时抗氯离子、碳化以及抗硫酸等耐久性能展开研究。试验研究表明,单掺钢渣粉混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能较差,提高钢渣粉的比表面积以及复掺钢渣粉、矿渣粉对于抗氯离子渗透性能有利;单掺钢渣粉混凝土的抗碳化性能和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能较差,可以通过提高混凝土强度等级和复掺矿粉进行优化。

Abstract:The durability of steel slag in concrete are studied, especially when it is combined with other admixtures, such as resistance to chloride ion, carbonization and anti-sulfuric acid.The experimental study shows that concrete with single slag powder has poor resistance to chloride ion permeability, improving the specific surface area of steel slag and the mixed slag powder.The slag powder is beneficial to the chloride ion permeability.The anti-carbonization performance and resistance to sulfate attack of single-mixed steel slag powder concrete can be optimized by improving the strength grade of concrete and the compound powder.
