摘    要:水轮发电机组水导油槽内润滑油是水导轴承润滑降温的载体,实际运行中水导油槽存在甩油现象,严重影响机组的正常运行。经过多年现场操作研究,确定导致水导油槽甩油的主要原因为挡油圈缺陷。针对水导油槽挡油圈甩油问题对挡油圈进行改造,改善水导油槽甩油现象,改善机组安全运行环境。

Abstract:Cooling and lubricating hydraulic guide bearing mainly depend on the lubricating oil in the water guide groove of hydroelectric generating unit.During the operation, there is slinging oil problem, which seriously affecting the normal operation of the unit.After years of research, the defect of the oil deflector causing oil slinging has been found out, so it has been improved.Only by solving the problem, it will be safer environment for unit operation.
