竹筋透水混凝土板的制备及其在海堤建设中的应用

摘    要:多孔混凝土具有绿化、净水、降噪等优点而备受关注,但是其内部贯通大孔的存在使得力学性能相对处于较低水平,且韧性较差,给工厂预制及现场施工带来一定的困难。该文研究了适合工程应用多孔混凝土的制备工艺,并采用竹筋对预制多孔混凝土板增强增韧。结果表明:多孔混凝土板抗压强度随着配筋率的增大而增大,但其抗折强度随配筋率的增大呈现先增大后减小趋势;该研究预制竹筋多孔混凝土已在惠来西港海堤建设中进行推广应用,并在现场工程中取得良好效果。

Abstract:Porous concrete has the advantages of afforestation, water purification and noise reduction. However, the existence of the internal through macroporous makes mechanical properties is relatively low, and poor toughness, bring certain difficulty to the factory and site construction. In this paper, the preparation technology of porous concrete is studied using bamboo reinforcement to precast long-short concrete enhanced toughening. Results indicate that the porous concrete compressive strength increases with the increase of reinforcement ratio, but its flexural strength increases with the increase of reinforcement ratio presents the first after the trend of decrease. Bamboo precast reinforced porous concrete has been paying west port for popularization and application in the construction of seawall, and achieves good performances in the field of engineering.
