无机聚合物混凝土配合比设计方法研究

摘    要:采用多因素正交试验分析各个因素对无机聚合物混凝土性能产生的影响,根据各个因素的影响主次,最终确定配合比各个参数的确定顺序,得出可以适用于工程使用的混凝土配合比设计方法。试验结果表明:(1)无机聚合物混凝土配合比参数对工作性能以及抗压强度的影响与普通混凝土类似,可以参照普通混凝土的混合设计过程,通过试验确定出配合比的设计参数,从而进行换算或直接选取;(2)无机聚合物混凝土的3 d抗压强度和灰水比(C/W)线性关系良好,28d抗压强度和灰水比的线性相关性较差;(3)在水灰比固定的条件下,无机聚合物混凝土的坍落度随单方用水量的增加而增加,且线性相关性较好,其对单方用水量较为敏感;(4)无机聚合物混凝土的砂率要比普通混凝土的砂率降低3%。

Abstract:In this paper, multivariate orthogonal test is used to analyze the effect of various factors on the performance of the gepolymer concrete.According to the various influencing factors of the primary and secondary, to get the concrete mix proportion method can be used in engineering.The results show that:①the gepolymer concrete mixing proportion parameters is similar to ordinary concrete, which can refer to the ordinary concrete mix of the design process.gepolymer concrete mix design process similar to the test can be determined by the design parameters of the mix, which can be converted or directly selected;②Gepolymer concrete has a good linear relationship with the ratio of 3d compressive strength to cement/water (C/W), but the 28d compressive strength is poor;③When the water-cement ratio is constant, the slump of the gepolymer sand concrete increases with the increase of the unit water consumption, and the linear correlation is excellent, the gepolymer concrete is more sensitive to water consumption;④Gepolymer concrete sand rate reduced by 3% compared with ordinary concrete sand rate.
