| 摘 要： | 通过对我国现行EPC总承包项目安全管理存在的问题进行剖析和梳理,总结了我国EPC项目安全管理在体制、责任及沟通协调等方面存在的问题及原因。通过对各个问题的整理分析及在实际工程中的应用实例,提出了应对措施,以保证EPC总承包项目安全管理的顺利落实,为我国EPC项目安全管理提供一定的借鉴。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the existing problems in the safety management of EPC project in China, the problems and causes of safety management of EPC project are the problems of system, responsibility and communication having been summarized. Through the analysis of the various problems and the application examples in the actual projects, countermeasures are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of EPC project safety management, as in further, some reference for the safety management of EPC project in China are put forward. |
