锦屏水库大坝裂缝成因分析及除险加固处理

摘    要:锦屏水库大坝1975年建成运行后,多次发现坝体存在纵横向的表层及内部裂缝,经对裂缝成因分析,大坝存在的裂缝主要是由坝体填筑方法不合理及填筑质量差造成的。因无法确定坝体是否存在其他裂缝,仅采用开挖回填、充填灌浆等方法对已发现裂缝进行处理,不能从根本上解决大坝存在的病险问题。建议在大坝原防渗轴线设混凝土防渗墙,墙下坝基进行帷幕灌浆,再造完善的防渗体系,即使坝体内有裂缝存在,也不影响大坝的安全。

Abstract:Since Jinpin reservoir dam has been put into operation in 1975, dam vertical and horizontal to the surface and internal cracks have been found for many times. Through analyzing causes of cracks, dam cracks are mainly caused by unreasonable dam filling method and the poor quality of dam filling technique. Since it is unable to determine whether the dam body cracks exist, only by adopting the method of backfilling for excavation and filling grouting of cracks cannot fundamentally solve the dam seepage path problems. There are some suggestion such as original seepage in dam axis setting concrete cut-off wall, the wall under the dam foundation curtain grouting, reengineering seepage control system .It is also not affected the safety of the dam even a crack in the dam body.
