玄武岩对海工硅酸盐水泥性能影响研究

摘    要:为了拓宽海工硅酸盐水泥混合材的种类,降低海工硅酸盐水泥的生产制造成本,对玄武岩的细度及掺量对海工硅酸盐水泥强度及氯离子扩散性能的影响进行了研究。研究表明:在0~30%掺量范围内,海工硅酸盐水泥3 d和28 d抗压强度随玄武岩掺量增大而显著降低,28 d氯离子扩散系数显著增大,玄武岩的细度对海工硅酸盐水泥的强度和28 d氯离子扩散系数基本没有影响,玄武岩在海工硅酸盐水泥中的适宜掺量为0~10%,粉磨比表面积宜在300~400 m2/kg。

Abstract:In order to broaden the types of raw materials of Portland cement for sea project, the effects of the fineness and the substitution of lava rock on the properties of Portland cement for sea project are studied in this paper. The results indicate that with the substitution of lava rock from 0 to 30%, the 3d and 28d strength of cement is decreased significantly and the 28d diffusion coefficient of chloride increases obviously. Thus, the substitution of lava rock in Portland cement for sea project should not exceed 10%. The specific surface area of the lava rock has no effect on the strength and the chloride diffusion coefficient of Portland cement for sea project. Grinding was not a significant method for lava rock to improve its performance in cement. Thus, the best grinding surface area of lava rock should be 300-400 m2 / kg.
