| 摘 要： | 新疆玛纳斯河是集引、蓄、输水比较完善且具有以农业灌溉为主,兼顾防洪、发电等多种功能的供水体系,是新疆水资源利用率较高、管理较好的一条河流。针对玛纳斯河农业节水灌溉发展和节水灌溉潜力进行了分析,其社会效益和经济效益显著,可为相似条件的区内外农业灌溉发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Mainly for agricultural irrigation, the Manasi River in Xinjiang is a water supply system with functions of water diversion, water saving and water transportation as well as flood protection and electricity generation.It is a river with high usage and good management in water resources.The paper analyzes the notable social efficiency and economy efficiency of the river and its development potential by agricultural water saving irrigation, which provides reference for agricultural irrigation inside and outside the district with similar conditions. |
