摘    要:杂光是评价光学系统成象质量的重要指标。普遍采用的黑斑法测杂光由于电源的波动和器件的线性影响测量精度。本文采用双光束电阻取样,差动平衡式电路,检流计显示平衡从而计算出杂光系数。消除许多影响精度因素。通过计算和实践证明测试精度可达10-4

Abstract:The veiling glare of an optial system is the major speification for appraising its image quality.Blak-spot method for measuring the veiling glare is a currently common-used technique.Instability in the power supply and devices directly affects the measuring accuracy.Comparing the two beams from a same source of light,using a bridge differential circuit,displaying the balance with a galvanometer,and taking the resistance with a precision resistance bos ,we can calculate the veiling glare indes.It is proved by the calculation and experiments that the measuring auray is as high as 10 4
