铜基钎料粉末的制备和性能研究

摘    要:采用熔体气雾化法、真空机械破碎法制备BCu35NiMnCoFeSi(B、P)铜基八元合金粉末钎料。研究了真空机械破碎法制粉时间对出粉率、氧含量、铁含量及粉末形状的影响,考查了粉末钎料的填隙性、钎焊接头力学性能。通过对粉末成分、氧和杂质分析认为:真空机械破碎法能获得含氧量较低的粉末钎料。

Abstract:BCu35NiMnCoFeSi (B, P) copper-based alloy powder brazing with eight elements was prepared by using gas-atomization and vacuous mechanical crushing methodsl Influence from Vacuous mechanical crushing time on the extraction rate, oxygen content, iron content and Shape of powder was studied. The nature of interstitial and the mechanical properties of brazed joints were examined. From an a- nalysis of the powder composition, oxygen and impurities, a conclusion that vacuous mechanical crushing method can result in powder brazing with low oxygen content was made.
