基于VC++的上位机与西门子系列PLC通信的研究

摘    要:通过分析控制系统中上位机与西门子系列PLC通信的实际问题,根据系统的特点选择合适的通信模式.设计了实用性较强的通信方案,给出了系统的通信流程图和上、下位机软件设计方位.实践证明,通过上位机对PLC的读/写,实现了对现场数据的自动采集,可以有效地对作业设备进行监控和管理.

Abstract:A proper communication principle was choosen according to the ystem's character,based on analyzing the communication problem betwwen host computer and siemens series PLC.Its communication diagram and software design method were given.Practical results indicate that the communication realizes automatic collection of the data,which can monitor and control the device effectively.
