摘    要:详细介绍了CJ11.8tex纱的生产实践.从原料选配和工艺配置等多方面分析了各工序工艺配置对半制品和成纱质量的影响.结果表明,开清棉工序利用自调匀整仪的分段调速功能,对提高棉卷的均匀度有利;梳棉工序增加下车肚吸尘杂装置,解决大漏底挂花倒吸问题,对减少生条棉结、杂质有明显效果;粗纱工序缩小前后排粗纱伸长率差异,对降低细纱重量不匀率有显著效果;细纱工序广泛应用新型纺纱器材,在提高成纱质量中起到了良好的作用.

Abstract:In this paper,practice experiences of spinning CJ 11.8 tex yarn is introduced in detail,and the influences of processing arrangement on semi finished product and yarn quality are analyzed from raw materials selection and processing arrangement,etc.The results show that using piecewise speed control of auto-leveling in opening and cleaning process is advantageous to upgrade lap evenness,and to increase vacuum cleaning devices and to resolve problem of winding cotton and inverted breath of cylinder under-cast...
