摘    要:封隔器胶筒的密封性能直接制约其使用性能,且胶筒属于超弹性材料,在井下多种载荷作用下,其力学行为复杂。以三胶筒组合的压缩式封隔器为研究对象,建立了封隔器密封元件的有限元力学模型,分析了加载方式、摩擦因数以及胶筒硬度等对胶筒接触应力的影响,得出了接触应力沿胶筒轴向的分布规律,研究结果可指导封隔器胶筒组合的设计和井下作业。

Abstract:Sealing property of rubber directly restrict its usability. Rubber is a type of super elastic material. Its mechanics behavior is complication under multi-strain in down hole. The paper takes the triple rubbers assemblies packer for study and established finite element analysis model of its packing element through finite element software and calculated the effects of loading mode, friction factor,rigidity etc. to rubber assemblies on sealing property and obtained distribution of contact stress along rubber axial direction. Based on these,it can guide designing of rubbers assemblies and borehole operation .
