便携式工频绝缘试验系统研究开发

摘    要:提出了一种便携式工频绝缘试验系统.该系统可以对10 kV及其以下电压等级的高压电气设备在运行现场进行工频绝缘试验,试验系统在具有工频电源的现场可以采用该工频电源供电;在更多的不具有工频电源的现场进行试验时,采用系统自带或运输车辆本身的蓄电池供电进行试验,该试验系统具有以上两种电源的转换控制功能.采用蓄电池供电时,系统以PIC单片机为核心,设计了相关的各个功能电路,使系统具有工频试验电压的产生与整定功能,满足试验标准的测量单元,定时电路准确,保护环节完善可靠.采用该系统对运行中的高压电气设备的工频绝缘试验变得非常方便和容易.

Abstract:A portable power frequency insulation system is proposed.And the power frequency insulation experiments for 10kV and the lower voltage class electrical equipments can be performed in the operating field using the proposed system.In the operating field with power frequency electrical source,the power can be supplied by power frequenoy electrocal source for the test system.Otherwise,the accumulator of the system or the carrier vehicle can be used.And the proposed system has the conversion control function of the above two electrical sources.While adopting the accumulator,the PIC is considered as the system kernel.The relative function circuits have been designed,and the system has generating and tuning functions of power frequency experiment voltage,accurate timing circuit,as well as perfect and reliable protection function.Furthermore,using the proposed system,the frequency insulation experiment for high voltage equipments,such as pole top switches and pole mounted transformers,can be conveniently achieved.
