| 摘 要： | 航空城的产业结构布局应以航空客流与物流为中心，空间结构可分为机场陆侧地区、空侧地区、邻近地区、外围地区4个部分。我国航空城主要分为专业型和综合型两类：具有渐进式和跳跃式两种发展模式：管理组织方式宜由地方政府牵头，会同民航部门和机场所在地的各级政府机构建立合作协商机制；其发展规划应是机场土地适宜性规划和控制性规划的有机融合。

| Abstract: | The industrial structure of the aviation cityshould be centered around the flow of passengersand materials by aviation transportation.The spatialstructure can be divided into four parts:land sidearea,air side area,adjacent area and peripheral area.Aviation cities in China are mainly classified intotwo types,namely professional type and generaltype with two patterns of development of gradualdevelopment and leap-forward development.It isadvisable for the local government to take the leadin its management together with aviation depart-ment and the local government agencies at all lev-els so as to form a mechanism of cooperation andconsultation.The development plan should be onewith flexible integration of adaptability planning andthe controlled planning of the land of the airport. |
