发动机-液压系统极限载荷控制流量调节特性

摘    要:发动机-液压系统极限载荷控制是一种根据负载变化自动调节变量泵液压系统的智能电液控制技术。介绍极限载荷控制原理与策略,分析极限载荷控制中传统负载敏感和LUDV负载敏感系统流量调节原理与特性。以起重机卷扬系统为研究对象,试验验证了传统负载敏感系统极限载荷控制流量调节特性,为优化发动机-液压系统极限载荷控制策略提供参考。

Abstract:The load limiting control for engine hydraulic systems is a kind of intelligent electro hydraulic control technology that automatically adjusting the variable pump hydraulic system according to load. The principle of load limiting control system was introduced. The conventional load sensing system and LUDV load sensing system were analyzed on the principle and characteristics. The crane hoisting system was taken as the experimental subject. The experimental results are thought to be in accordance with the analysis of the flow characteristics of the traditional load sensing system, thus providing reference for optimizing the control strategy of the load limiting control system.
